About us
Pascal RICHARD has worked internationally across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East with France Telecom, Alcatel, Total, EDF, and later SMA France.
In 2006, he entered the solar photovoltaic sector at Tenesol (a joint venture between EDF and Total), where he developed the “Telecommunication” business, primarily in Africa.At the end of 2007, he took part in founding SMA France, where he assumed responsibility for commercial management, covering both France and French-speaking Africa.In 2018, he initiated the regional professional association AuRA Digital Solaire, which he co-founded and chaired alongside two French solar industry leaders. From 2014 to 2020, he also served as a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Enerplan, the national union of solar energy professionals.For ten years, he dedicated a significant part of his time to the development and representation of the photovoltaic solar industry in France and across Europe.In early 2021, Pascal RICHARD embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by founding TotEm, with the goal of creating new and innovative business activities.He also spearheaded several European ventures such as Team Solar, Energycom France, and CARBON, which he co-founded with various European entrepreneurs.He has thus gained nearly 10 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and over 15 years in the photovoltaic solar industry. His entire international career reflects a strong industrial culture, technological innovation, and a deep commitment to sustainable development.
